But why should you listen to me?

I completely transformed my life, using the very tools and principles of this program. Here’s how I overcame great challenges and obstacles to become a transformational teacher, author, board certified hypnotherapist, spiritual being, and healer:

I was born in 1940—before there was television and just before the war began. That means that I'm over 80, and I’ve been on the spiritual path for over 50 years. For many years, I’ve been studying with great enlightened spiritual masters, and I’ve had many profound spiritual experiences as well as huge growth and transformation over the years. These great teachers have taught me the profound secrets of the universe, in addition to what I learn from my own inner self. I still study with an enlightened spiritual master, and for this I am grateful.

But it was not always this way.

During the late 1960s, I was teaching English in high school, and in the last year of my teaching, the students were rioting in the schools in another tumultuous time in our world. Though I was courageous, I was also totally stressed inside. I had many family challenges as well, and I would come home every day exhausted and depleted. I had frequent headaches, and I was searching for a way to transform my life.

The Solution Appears

Someone suggested that I go to a yoga class. Out of curiosity, I went. My first yoga class was in a very beautiful place that smelled of fresh baked bread and sacred incense, and I went to an upper room with many plants and windows. At the end of the class, there was a deep relaxation which gave me everything I wanted and needed. That was it! I found what I’d been looking for. The deep relaxation put me in such a place that every part of my body was in a state of profound peace, and my mind was full of bliss.

Next Steps

I knew that this was the life I wanted. I wanted to have more of this extraordinary state of being. Eventually, I became a teacher of yoga and meditation. Then I became a hypnotherapist, using relaxation tools to help heal and transform lives. I also created a hypnotherapy certification school and a number of books, recordings, workshops, courses, sessions and more. I won six hypnotherapy teaching awards.

For many years, I’ve been serving as a hypnotherapist and healer in the work of consciousness transformation. I help people to experience their obstacles, release them, and then move their consciousness to the next level of development. Truly there are dynamic shifts of consciousness that are readily available for us all. As I said, I have studied and continue to do so with great enlightened beings who have reached the highest states of human existence. I have learned the truths of the universe and have received transmissions of energy that have set me on a path of higher wisdom and love, and I am able to serve as a catalyst to lift up your life as well.
